ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to determine the more effective teaching style between application inclusions styles and command for skills volleyball up service if each them associated with learning motivational factors in 277 Government Junior High School, Jakarta. study was conducted from May June 2016. This used an experimental method a treatment by level 2 x design. Jakarta including all students grade VIII total 252 spread 7 classes. Employing cluster sampling technique, selected two classes be given treatments or programs. One class consisted 36 making sample 72 people. instrument test. conclusions are (1) overall, there different among who taught commands style; (2) interactions motivation learn service; (3) group have high level, on higher when (4) low levels, serve style.
