ABSTRACT
Aging is a natural and multi-factorial phenomenon associated with multiple human pathologies. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) hold great promise in clinical fields of medicine including tissue repair, cardiovascular disease, brain ischemic injury. The purpose this study was to explore the roles MSCs improving condition aging cells, repairing tissues organs, extending life span elderly mice. This carried out both vitro vivo. We used intervene IMR-90 senescent induced by D-galactose aged C57BL/6 mice. After 48 hours co-culturing MSCs, up-regulated expression inflammatory factor, interleukin 6 (IL6), down-regulated several growth factors, such as transforming factor (TGFβ1) differentiation (GDF11), were reversed. Moreover, compared number mitochondria telomere length increased MSC treatment. Similarly, mice, symptoms related improved after treatment: mouse hair became shiny dense, bladder overactivity relieved. Hematoxylin eosin (H&E) Masson's trichrome staining showed that histopathological changes skin, bladder, liver, lung apparently improved.Treatment effectively improves aging-related phenotypes plays beneficial role diseases.
