ABSTRACT
Background: With increased utilization of robotic technology, adrenalectomy (RA) became popular in certain high-volume centers as an alternative to conventional laparoscopic (LA). The aim the present study was evaluate clinical and surgical outcomes RA two Turkey. Methods: Between 2012 2019, consecutive patients who underwent transperitoneal referral for endocrine diseases Turkey were analyzed retrospectively. Results: A total 111 analyzed. Mean diameter tumor preoperative imaging 38.6±2.0 mm. Total operation time 135.4±47.9 min. analysis learning curve period post-learning both demonstrated that surgery decreased from 152.68±48.6 118.8±37.1 min, console 113.2±38.9 81.6±35.1 min (P<0.0001). In 8 patients, complications arose during postoperative observed 10 patients. Intraoperative complication rate 28% with a greater than 50 mm There no mortality. Conclusions: Our is safe effective procedure low-morbidity without mortality high number cases.
