ABSTRACT
Background: This study sought to assess the prognostic factors for leiomyosarcoma (LMS) patients with lung metastasis and construct web-based nomograms predict overall survival (OS) cancer-specific (CSS).Method: Patients diagnosed LMS combined between 2010 2016 were identified in Surveillance, Epidemiology, End Results (SEER) database. The randomly divided into a training set testing set. X-tile analysis provides best age tumor size cut-off point, changes continuous variables categorical variables. independent determined by Cox regression analysis, 2 established. Receiver operating characteristic curves calibration used evaluate nomograms. Based on nomograms, established. Results: Two hundred twenty-eight cases included OS nomogram construction, (n=160) validation (n=68). Age, T stage, bone metastasis, surgery, chemotherapy, marital status, size, site found be correlated OS. One eighty-three enrolled CSS (n=129) (n=54). CSS. established In set, areas under curve of predicting 1-, 2-, 3-year 0.783, 0.830, 0.832, respectively, those 0.889, 0.777, 0.884, respectively.
