ABSTRACT
The present study aimed to investigate the association of CD45RO+, CD8+, CCR7+ and FOXP3+ tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) with clinicopathological features as well survival patients lung adenocarcinoma.Ninety adenocarcinoma who underwent surgery were recruited in study. Lung tissues paired adjacent obtained from all participants, immunohistochemistry was performed detect expression CD45RO, CD8, CCR7 FOXP3. After multiplying staining intensity score by labeling frequency score, immunohistochemical results divided into three groups: TILs low, intermediate high.CD45RO+, CD8+ infiltrating markedly increased (all P<0.001) while reduced (P<0.001) compared than tissues. CD45RO+ negatively associated tumor size (P=0.002), lymph node metastasis TNM stage (P<0.001). also correlated (P=0.016). Kaplan-Meier curve analysis revealed that positively longer disease-free (DFS) overall (OS) Univariate multivariate Cox's proportional hazards regression confirmed (high) independently predicted DFS (P=0.002) OS (P=0.009).The demonstrates are size, can be regarded a novel promising biomarker for prolonged patients.
