ABSTRACT
Few study has been done to evaluate the stability and superiority of normalizers for serum microRNA (miRNA) in cardiovascular disease. Therefore, aim this is assess suitability several common (miR-16, SNOU6, 5S, miR-19b, miR-24, miR-15b, let 7i) disease. We evaluated seven circulating miRNAs as reference genes blood samples from patients with disease [heart failure (HF) hypertension] healthy people. Stability was quantified by combining BestKeeper, NormFinder comparative delta Cq analysis.A total 62 subjects were included study, which 25 HF, 10 hypertension, 27 The analysis both BestKeeper ct demonstrated that let-7i miR-16 showed best performance [the standard deviations (SD) 0.60 0.72, mean SD 1.79 1.82, respectively], while SNOU6 5S had highest variability. In analysis, miR-15 show (ρ=0.029), followed miR-19b (ρ=0.037), (ρ=0.064), miR-24 (ρ=0.075) worst stability. This pointed out studies focused on disease, performance, not suitable gene. This indicate selection an optimal important get accurate result miRNA studies, findings are clinical significance guide further or tests.
