ABSTRACT
To investigate the accuracy of using Vesical Imaging-Reporting and Data System (VI-RADS) scoring system in prediction preoperative muscle invasion bladder cancer. The study retrospectively reviewed consecutive patients with cancer who received multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) between January 2017 June 2019. Clinical pathological parameters were collected. Bladder tumors re-evaluated 5-point VI-RADS by two experienced radiologists independently. The score was compared postoperative pathology for each tumor determining invasion. Sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value (PPV), negative (NPV) calculated cutoff.A total 126 included analysis, 82 transurethral resection (TURBt) while 44 underwent radical cystectomy. Fifty muscle-invasive 76 non-muscle invasive confirmed pathologically. only factor to multivariate analysis. Setting greater than or equal 4 reached best sensitivity specificity 94.00% 92.11%, PPV NPV 88.68% 95.89%.VI-RADS is a promising effective modality detrusor preoperatively.
