ABSTRACT
Case: We present 2 case reports: the first, a diaphyseal fracture of humerus treated with Marchetti nail resulting in nonunion 2017. The second, femur Kuntscher 1989. A gunshot injury to that 2014 evolved and displacement. In both cases, old nails were removed by using pieces Ilizarov apparatus. Conclusions: complications, versatility apparatus allows us connect intramedullary element universal extraction system; it proves itself be an excellent cost-effective system.
