ABSTRACT
A three-phase composite with SrTiO3 (STO) ultrafine particles and NiZn ferrite (NZO) embedded in a polypropylene (PP) matrix was fabricated by using simple low-temperature hot-pressing technique. The dielectric property magnetic of the as-prepared composites were investigated details, as well thermal stability. results indicate that volume ceramic fillers is fixed, increasing ratio STO phase to NZO phase, permittivities losses increase while initial permeabilities decrease. cut-off frequencies are all above 1GHz. Since low resistivity NZO, big decrease frequency below 100 MHz. Good stability within wide range has been observed For containing 10 vol% 30 permittivity, loss, permeability loss 5.7, 0.0025, 2.3 0.002 at MHz, respectively. percolation transition occurs fraction between 20%-30%. incorporation could improve stabilities composites. Such multifunctional magnetic-dielectric be used high-frequency communications for capacitor-inductor integrating devices such electromagnetic interference filters.
