ABSTRACT
In this work, based on the sol–gel titration technology, method to prepare composite beads with different diameters which range from 0.1 0.8 mm is researched. The detail studies preparation conditions include sol viscosity, specific gravity and size of discharge needle are proposed. relationships between final diameter prepared obtained. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) test results show that have uniform good sphericity. surface grains basically similar cross-section grains. No obvious pores exist, there no abnormal large grain size. particle distribution relatively concentrated distribution. density dense contain few pores.
