ABSTRACT
Increasing customer satisfaction is a demand that must be implemented, because by increasing then the existence of Islamic banking can maintained. Although level competition sharia financial institutions are also getting tighter. One instruments increase quality services.This research quantitative which aims to know how big influence service bank at BTN Syariah Kc Surabaya. From results conducted with independent variables services indicators physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, compliance. Through incidental sampling technique 100 respondents and questionnaire distribution method concluded in Surabaya as whole affects satisfaction.
