A CASH WAQF INVESTMENT MODEL: AN ALTERNATIVE MODEL FOR FINANCING MICRO-ENTERPRISES IN MALAYSIA

ABSTRACT
This study was designed to empirically determine: (i) look the factors causes micro enterprises opt for using internal funding instead of external funding; and (ii) observe probability Cash Waqf fund as alternative source their business. The primary data is collected from administered survey questions in Klang Valley (Selangor Kuala Lumpur) analysis conducted statistical Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). model validated its acceptance field by adopting Theory Reasoned Action (TRA). From findings, among that lead use are strict collateral requirement commercial financial institutions, high cost financing, documentation good business track record.
