ABSTRACT
The objective of atems is to provide a suite open source analysis tools (largely in Matlab) for transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image that are specifically designed soot and related carbonaceous particles (e.g., tarballs). This codebase started as manual code by Dastanpour & Rogak (2014), with the first automated methods added et al. (2016).The current, version has been streamlined expanded include larger from literature, detailed following section. In this regard, key contribution implementations multiple spanning range laboratories. This places these same framework, goal enabling intercomparisons routines across data.
