ABSTRACT
The urgency of the energy transition is leading to a rapid evolution system design worldwide. In areas with widespread infrastructure, existing electricity, heat and mobility networks are being re-designed for carbon neutrality increasingly interconnected. In where infrastructure limited, instead, systems rapidly expanded ensure access all.In both cases, re-designing expanding in these directions requires information on future user behaviour associated demand, yet this type data often unavailable. In fact, historical either entirely missing or poorly representative within transitioning systems. This results reliance inadequate demand data, which affects its resilience evolution.
