This article examines the impact of use smart phone and BKR programs on family disharmony. Smartphone are devices that have both positif negative effects. Indonesia is predicted to get a demographic bonus in 2020- 2030 with highest number teenagers, majority smartphone users teenagers. program serves help parenting avoid deviant behavior. research uses quantitative methods, primary data 300 respondents.
