Providing educational and instructional support for dog bite victims via WeChat in China: A satisfaction survey

ABSTRACT
Abstract Background WeChat in China has been used for public health education and the prevention of diseases. This study introduced a WeChat-based program rabies evaluated users’ satisfaction with using technology acceptance model.Methods An online questionnaire was to survey 315 users who had followed official account China, their scores were assessed analyzed.Results The generally satisfied as an educational instructional tool mean score each item ranging from 3.87 4.60 out maximum 5.0 total 41.54 50.0 (SD = 4.31). Urban showed more than rural (p=0.031). Users also reported that they intended recommend others (p= 0.000).Conclusions Findings present indicated considered useful among dog-bite victims. model should be expanded other areas China.
