ABSTRACT
Abstract Background . Informal care provided by family caregivers to old persons is associated with a high risk of burden and poor health status. This study aimed analyze the impact Personalized Social Support (PSS) for non-dependent living in community on caregiver burden, satisfaction, frailty. Methods non-interventional longitudinal was performed southeast France: asking PSS (>70 years age, no disability severe chronic disease, at home) their were included 6-month follow-up. Eligible dyads visited home social workers. Caregiver assessed Mini-Zarit frailty status FiND (Frail Non-Disabled). Results 876 eligible PSS. Old 82.2 ± 5.8 77.6% women.
