ABSTRACT
Abstract Current organoid models are limited by their inability to mimic mature organ architecture and associated tissue microenvironments 1,2 . Here, we create multi-layered normal bladder assembloids tumour reconstituting stem cell/tumour cell-derived organoids with multiple stromal components represent an organized functionality of adult bladder, in vivo pathophysiological features patient-derived urothelial carcinoma, respectively. Our assembloid model will facilitate development innovative system for studying regeneration tumourigenesis at molecular cellular levels, also provide a unique experimental tool establishing novel personalized therapeutic options, such as new drug screening strategies that customized different stages types cancer individual patients.
