Abstract Three smart carbon paste electrodes were fabricated to quantify the dorzolamide hydrochloride DRZ, including conventional I, modified embedding Silica II, and β-cyclodextrin III. This study is built on inserting of DRZ with phosphomolybdic acid create an electroactive moiety dorzolamide-phosphomolybdate ion exchanger using a solvent mediator dibutylphthalate.
