ABSTRACT
One important regulator that coordinates response to environmental stress is the hormone abscisic acid (ABA), which synthesized from xanthophyll pigments. Despite fact there strong evidence of increases in ABA concentrations under various stresses, information concerning effects exogenous applications on leaf pigments and fruit carotenoids tomato ( Solanum lycopersicum ) lacking. This study investigated impacts root tissue pigmentation ‘MicroTina’ ‘MicroGold’ plants. Tomato plants were treated with increasing nutrient solution. Therefore, purpose this was determine dose–response treatment solution culture for maximum two distinct genotypes dwarf tomato. Because a product carotenoid biosynthetic pathway, we hypothesized treatments would have positive impact chlorophylls carotenoids.
