ABSTRACT
Background: All women are at risk for breast and gynecologic cancer. There is no doubt that cancer a stressful experience by creating heavy psychological trauma the woman has great impact on emotional health of women. Depression anxiety consider disturbances which usually associated with Aim: assess prevalence rate investigate effects Subjects Methods: For this study, data were collected through in-depth interviews convenience 200 cancers diagnosed female who admitted in inpatient wards and/or attending to outpatient gynecological surgery clinics University Hospital General Beni-Suef city. Results: The findings study indicated that, all types suffered from different degrees depression. Breast, ovarian, cervical, vulval have significant relations symptoms depression scale score. Emotional distress severe aged 30-40 years, secondary education level. more observable housewives, urbanized, nuclear not crowded families, compared working, rural, extended ones. A statistically pain related menstruation, surgical intervention its type Conclusion: Based present it can be concluded there association between symptoms.
