ABSTRACT
Objective: On the premise of ensuring sensitivity and specificity nucleic acid detection, explore choice number gene targets on detection reagent severe acute respiratory syndrome virus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), to reduce national medical burden. Methods: From February 25, 2020 March 11, 2020, a quality control material (each including 5 samples) were distributed 50 participating laboratories by Fujian Clinical Laboratory Center, each laboratory used different kits detect SARS-COV-2. As we received total 48 research data. This paper adopts method descriptive statistics. Results: The results collected, which 1 kit one target [open reading frame 1ab (ORF 1ab)], 28 two genes [ORF nucleocapsid protein (N)], 19 use three 1ab, N envelope (E)]. None testing ORF1ab E showed false negatives positives, coincidence rate was 100%. Among 47 that tested gene, four appeared, with compliance 98.3%. All occurred in targets. Conclusion: Selecting optimizing composition reaction system can improve kit, cost detection.Funding Statement: None.Declaration Interests: authors declare they have no conflicts interest for this work.
