ABSTRACT
Anticoagulants are used in the treatment and prevention of thromboembolism. The most common indications for long-term anticoagulation with warfarin atrial fibrillation, mechanical heart valves venous A number anticoagulants available, including unfractioned heparin, low molecular weight vitamin K antagonists; warfarin, acenocoumarol phenindione. These have been many years, at present people who require an anticoagulant prescribed warfarin.However, recent national guidelines recommended use New oral anticoagulants(NOAC) certain circumstances. new anticoagulants; rivaroxaban, dabigatran apixaban all completed phase III clinical trials stroke patients countries, United Kingdom, approved cerebrovascular accidents systemic embolism fibrillation deep vein thrombosis pulmonary embolism.This report aims to look peri-operative management patient using NOACs.
