ABSTRACT
Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is a malignant tumor with poor prognosis. Currently, its mechanism of pathogenesis remains elusive. In this study, we employed integrative -omics approaches (RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, and MNase-seq) to interrogate the epigenome in ICC. The results differential gene expression, MNase-seq analyses suggested that ICC cell lines exhibit less histone modification cancer-related genes compared normal line. region different patterns enrichment sites AP-1 motif. Subsequent analysis showed had nucleosome occupancy differentially expressed Furthermore, found plays key role regulates ICC-related through binding site. This study first report showing global features modification, transcript, profiles ICC; also show transcription factor might be target ICC.Funding Statement: work was supported by granted from National Natural Science Foundation China (No. 81071990, No. 81641110); Technology Program Guangzhou, 201707010305); Youth Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital YQ2016-001).Declaration Interests: authors declare they have no conflicts interest.
