ABSTRACT
Objective: To describe the characteristics of enthesitis in Chinese patients with psoriatic arthritis(PsA) and compared those from other cohorts. Methods: Patients PsA enrolled Registry Psoriatic Arthritis (CREPAR) (December 2018–June 2021) were included. Data including demographics, clinical characteristics, disease activity measures, treatment collected at enrollment. Enthesitis was assessed by Spondyloarthritis Research Consortium Canada (SPARCC) index Maastricht Ankylosing Spondylitis Score (MASES). A Multivariate logistic model used to identify factors related enthesitis. Results: 1074 included 459 (44.1%) had enthesitis. The average number 3.3±2.8 (range 1-18). More than half (53.6%) 1 or 2 tender entheseal sites. most common site iliac crest when using MASES (Right 28.6%; Left 26.6%; Bilateral 25.3%) plantar fascia SPARCC 13.0%; 12.5%; 9.7%). higher rates subtypes as well without regression showed that ASDAS-CRP (OR 1.738, p<0.001), earlier onset age psoriasis 0.975, p=0.032), family history(OR 2.450, p=0.009) presence dactylitis(OR 2.303, p=0.010) independently associated Compared results studies, younger age, lower BMI, rate positive HLA-B27, dactylitis proportion csDMARDs use. Conclusion: is a condition greater activity. It important evaluate entheses both peripheral axial their uniqueness cohorts.
