ABSTRACT
Maxillofacial repair is a challenge in oral and maxillofacial surgery. The manufacture of personalized prosthesis particularly important. In this article, the specific method fabricating Al 2 O 3 ceramic for mandibular reconstruction reported based on digital light processing (DLP) additive manufacturing to address defect its mechanical properties were evaluated. Based Voronoi-Tessellation principle structure was designed ensure uniform stress distribution. distribution caused by transmission occlusal force from implant investigated. results finite element analysis simulation showed that according effectively reduced generated dental implants itself during tooth engagement. corresponding shows more maximum about 46% compared with other structures. According simulated distribution, mesh density division introduced. gradient pore increasing high area decreasing low area. fabrication verified DLP.
