ABSTRACT
The slab ballastless track is the primary type of high-speed railway. When in severely damaged, typical way to replace it requires cutting jointless rail above damaged slabs. This paper discusses a solution pushing lateral direction (i.e., without rail) slab. To study feasibility and reliability this solution, finite element model for simulating construction process established. necessary spacing support slides capability device are analyzed. influence parameters such as release length temperature on mechanical state after being pushed discussed. In practice, repair time limited one maintenance window 4 hours). control stress critical repairing progress. corresponding relationship between deformation curvature studied, number unlocking fasteners reduced by optimizing slides, which can effectively reduce fine-adjustment range changing By calculation design, "16+8+16m" optimization plan proposed, meet needs replacing four-hour Finally, verified through comparative analysis monitoring data simulation results.
