A Sustainability Evaluation Approach for the Operation Cycle of Stadiums by Integrating Multidimensional Data

ABSTRACT
The construction and operation of large stadiums is an important factor affecting the sustainable development cities. stadium sustainability assessment in pre-design stage directly affects decision-making architectural design parameters. This study proposes approach multidimensional data (MDSA) to analyze spatial function, craft, energy consumption, economic performance during cycle. framework establishes a database fully reflect environmental, social attributes stadiums. On this basis, Delphi method principal component analysis (PCA) were introduced evaluate weights indicators. In addition, research also developed web-side evaluation tool combined with BIM assist architects online complete existing venues prediction future Three cases China scored compared test platform. results showed that perform better (>70 points) four dimensions location scale, technology, intelligence, scene conversion. Operating income maintenance cost control still need be improved. MDSA provides customized for stadiums, has excellent scalability terms datasets applications.
