ABSTRACT
Coal pyrolysis wastewater pretreatment suffers from equipment fouling and inferior mass transfer efficiency brought by low emulsified oil removal efficiency. This paper comprehensively analyzed the properties of found this inadequacies attribute to its high stability penetrability derived ζ potential -33.1 mV tiny average particle size 114.7 nm in initial condition. H3O+ conditioning is developed facilitate natural coalescence droplets. Results H2SO4 acidification present peaks sustainably stabilized between 782.9 1009.0 was mostly coagulated subsequently settled/floated without further treatment. To improve application potential, CO2 selected as a suitable donor H3O+, flocculants coupled with pressurized dissolved intensify removal. Response surface analysis accomplished based on single factor experimental data flocculants. The results introduced reached 95.17 wt% at PAC concentration 1065 mg/L, CPAM 20 mg/L operating pressure 0.67 MPag. For renovation projects limitations, optimal achieved 94.33 1032 21 0.60 Process simulation sour gas ammonia stripper signified that addition has little effect current industrial process. By comparison, proposed approach performs efficiency, impact wastewater, strong feasibility, great prospect technology.
