ABSTRACT
Exploring the digital economy to solve mismatch dilemma of land and marine factors is critical promote sustainable economic development in China's coastal areas. It analyzed influencing mechanisms between economy, labor factor using network new growth theories. The intermediary regulating effect models were used for empirical tests penal data from 11 Chinese provinces (city, region) 2009 2018. Results found that: (1) Digital promoted sea binary economies areas; (2) improved economies, which further affected development; (3) Market integration conducive alleviating strengthening optimization on mismatch. This research provides a perspective clarifying mechanism development, as well reference realization rational allocation resources by taking market variables regulatory variables.
