ABSTRACT
The laser-induced periodic surface structures (LIPSS) has been attached much importance due to its effect on friction and lubrication property. This study applied the controllable process fabricate LIPSS with different spatial frequency morphology cemented carbide by changing laser scanning velocity. And multi-scale textures combining micro-grooves width of 200μm 300μm were fabricated surface. Their morphology, wettability tribology characteristic under ZnO nano-fluid had investigated. lowest CA (contact angle) values achieved at 100 mm/s 59° between single groups 500 combined 200μm-type 35° textured surfaces respectively. smallest wear slightest track observed speed groups. was texture 200μm, for
