ABSTRACT
In this study we have formulated nanocomposite using graphene oxide, chitosan and folic acid as a nanocarrier loaded with phytochemical d-Pinitol subjected to spectroscopic microscopic analysis assess the shape, size structure. Nanocomposite was further cytotoxic against hepatoma HepG-2 cells non-malignant Vero MTT assay. The generation of ROS, disruption mitochondrial membrane permeability induction cell death corresponding fluorescent staining. Finally apoptotic proteins Bax, Bcl2 caspases were quantified kits. characterization confirms synthesis potency GO Chitosan D-Pinitol FA nanocomposite. It effectively generated disrupted MMP induced apoptosis in whereas it rendered minimal cytotoxicity even at high dose treatment mammalian cells. According our findings is potent drug which anticancer effect
