ABSTRACT
The corrosion mechanism involving bacterial biofilms has long been a focus of the research on microbiologically influenced corrosion. In this study, formed by Pseudoalteromonas marine and its mutant demonstrated ability to inhibit uniform However, excessive secretion colanic acid Δ01912 resulted in significantly increased number attached bacteria formation unevenly hydrophilic biofilms, which aggravated localized pitting steel surface. This study provides evidence that can lead local enrichment chloride ions, thereby intensifying metal materials.
