ABSTRACT
The influence of microstructure evolution and oxidation behaviors Hf modified Mo-12Si-12B alloys were studied at 1300 °C. Four Mo-Si-B-Hf containing different content produced, all the included α-Mo, Mo5SiB2(T2), Mo3Si phases, while HfB2 phase appeared with high Hf. results a detailed examination theoretical analysis revealed that formation SiO2-HfO2-HfSiO4 layer can effectively decrease oxygen diffusion coefficient thus improved resistance, excessive addition reduced fluidity borosilicate increased number defects, which leaded to serious deterioration resistance.
