ABSTRACT
Large yellow croaker, one of the most economically important marine fish on southeast coast China, suffering from infection bacteria and protozoon, hypoxia, other abiotic stress. The study genes related to immune response will provide new insight into aquaculture under above stressful environment. Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are crucial detectors microbial biomolecules mediators inflammatory pathways in innate fish. This identified a total 12 TLR large croaker (LcTLRs), phylogenetic tree demonstrated that TLRs were highly conserved. Analysis structure motifs exhibited high sequence similarity croaker. Expression pattern analysis Aeromonas hydrophila infection, hypoxic jellyfish venom stress revealed there six, nine five members LcTLRs showing significant differential expression respectively responses. Meanwhile, their levels validated utilizing qPCR. Taken together, greater appreciation understanding molecular mechanisms would ultimately lead more efficiently aquaculture.
