ABSTRACT
N-S co-doped quantum carbon dots (N-S-CQD) were synthesized using a hydrothermal method with Artemisia annua L. as precursor and DL-cysteine the nitrogen-sulfur source. N-S-CQD can enhance chemiluminescence (CL) intensity of KMnO4 system, while sulfanilamide (SA) is capable significantly inhibit CL KMnO4-(N-S-CQD) system. Based on this finding, we developed novel for determination SA. Under optimal conditions, SA could be accurately determined in concentration range 50 - 1600 μM limit detection 0.22 μM. The investigation potential interferences recovery rates confirmed method's suitability assessing biomass samples.
