ABSTRACT
Targeted communication concerning the judicious use of antimicrobials is vital to address public health concerns such as residues and resistance. Understanding dairy farmers’ behavior, motivations, barriers toward antimicrobial can influence how veterinarians translate research into practice guide effective ways implementing protocols. A multidisciplinary team investigated behavioral tendencies by administering a survey modeled with Reasoned Action Approach (RAA). The RAA framework from social psychology containing constructs attitude (A), perceived norms (PN), control (perception ease or difficulty behavior; PBC), used in combination structural equation modeling (SEM) determine what drives intentions (I). objective was provide direct indirect measures these importance associations intention prudently.
