ABSTRACT
Despite a perpetual increase in the prevalence of benign lymphoepithelial lesion, data on mechanisms governing its pathogenesis are still missing. Thus, we aimed present study to evaluate whether TLRs could regulate expression pleiotropic pro-inflammatory and tumor-related cytokine MIF BLEL. Using gene profiling protein analysis methods, found that were overexpressed their signaling pathways activated We have also confirmed tissues biopsies, overexpression reported previously plasma BLEL specimen. The TLR7/8 impact primary cells showed when activated, stimulate mainly lymphocytes release but not fibroblast-like cells. No significant change was observed investigated at transcriptional level 24h post activation. Taken together, these suggest TLR7 TLR8 may induce cell type-dependent regulation secretion expression.
