ABSTRACT
The COVID-19 pandemic precipitated a swift transition to online learning in medical and health sciences. This study investigated the associations of previous experience with learning, current confidence resilient coping skills perceived stress reported by pharmacy students during emergency learning.Undergraduate (N=113, response rate = 41%) completed an online, self-report, cross-sectional survey April-June 2020. Measures included Likert items measuring prior comfort levels Brief Resilient Coping Scale (BRCS), Perceived Stress 10-Item Version (PSS-10). Mean scores 23.8 13.3, respectively, both scales demonstrated good (α 0.80). score was single predictor (r2 0.18, p < 0.001). Female gender not significant (p 0.11). multiple explained moderate variation (adjusted R2 0.19).PSS-10 indicated among teaching. Most some exposure examinations. Higher resiliency experience, predicted lower stress.
