ABSTRACT
Team-Based Learning (TBL) is an effective learning model utilized in education to address the concerns of student active learning, participation, critical thinking and teamwork. However, faculty members must invest significant time preparing TBL sessions, creating appropriate material assessments, paper answer sheets for group tests, managing logistics groups. We have designed, developed implemented a novel online system at our institution by integrating standard process into customized IT solution. The objective this research identify important items requirements analysis based on sound pedagogy, describe while highlighting benefits obstacles faced, gauge user feedback system. reduces burden guiding preparation randomizing students groups containing from all academic levels, allowing take individual tests efficiently with instant grading, providing mechanism answering questions test such way that indicates their incorrect then them continue discussion until they reach correct grade question appropriately, facilitator view progress each exams real-time projected screen, giving immediate indication which are performing poorly so can occur. has demonstrated its value enhancing experience medical received positive both facilitators students.
