ABSTRACT
Portal hypertensive colonopathy is a consequence of portal hypertension that develops in hepatic cirrhosis. Pathological processes occurring intestinal epithelium cells can be revealed by changes the autoantibody titers to antigens. It important both diagnosis and evaluation treatment effectiveness. To investigate effect patients with liver cirrhosis on degenerative walls small large intestines after stimulation regeneration cryoprecipitate.Thirty-six underwent procedure for percutaneous introduction cryoprecipitate into tissue. Before 1 year it, all were measured blood flow parameters, performed colonoscopy biopsy, determined autoantibodies antigens (ItM, SCM) blood. Comparative analyses intestine mucosa before reducing stimulating conducted. Here, we show process increases, despite positive dynamics parameters regeneration. Autoantibodies values higher than normal 22 36 liver. Morphological analysis wall showed presence edema/mucosal atrophy neutrophilic/lymphocytic-histiocytic infiltration 28 patients.Changes are an informative method diagnosing enteropathy at early stages, providing possibility administer proper timely treatment. Patients recommended have their microflora tested administered drugs improve composition.
