ABSTRACT
Purpose: This study compared the effects of a combination soy peptide supplementation and exercise with those only, on cognitive function elderly adults. Patients methods: randomized, non-blinded, controlled clinical trial included 67 participants aged 60 years or more non-cognitive dysfunction who were divided into two groups according to intervention method: an group (Ex group, n = 36) plus nutrition (Ex+Nt 31). The Ex completed memory training activity for 15 mins aerobic 45 once week 90 days. Ex+Nt same received Mini-Mental Status Examination score, trail-making test A/B skeletal muscle mass index, grip strength, gait speed, geriatric depression scale measured at baseline post intervention. For comparison between pretest posttest measurements determine effects, two-way analysis variance was performed. significance level set < 5%. Results: A revealed significant time test-A speed in both groups. There x interactions greater increase calculation score. Conclusion: effective improving portion function.
