ABSTRACT
Purpose: Because many hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cases develop from fibrotic or cirrhotic livers, fibroblasts are abundant in the microenvironment of HCC. Although contribution cancer-associated (CAFs) to progression HCC is well established, role has not been comprehensively revealed. Patients and methods: The RayBio Human Cytokine Antibody Array was used elucidate peri-tumor (PTFs) promoting malignant properties IL-6 STAT3 signaling were inhibited both cell lines non-tumor L-02 liver cells further determine its Moreover, expression pTyr705 detected samples tissues by immunohistochemical staining.
