ABSTRACT
Purpose: Amino acids are the important metabolites in body and play a crucial role biological processes. The purpose of this study is to provide profile amino change serum T2DM patients identify potential biomarkers. Patients Methods: In study, we quantitatively determined acid profiles 30 healthy volunteers. T test multivariate statistical analysis were used candidate biomarkers with GraphPad Prism 9.5 software MetaboAnalyst 5.0 on-line platform. Results: Thirty-four quantified, 19 levels differed significantly between Healthy groups. Screened by specific screening criteria (VIP> 1.0; P< 0.05; FC> 1.5, or FC< 0.67) platform, 8 identified as Pearson rank correlation showed 14 differential correlated T2DM-related physiological parameters. Conclusion: results theoretical basis for subsequent development dietary supplements prevention treatment its complications. Keywords: diabetes mellitus type 2, T2DM, targeted metabolomics, acids, biomarker
