ABSTRACT
The novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic is the severe global pandemic with large numbers of infected cases and deaths in recent decades. previous studies were all about influence albumin (ALB) for severity mortality in-patients COVID-19. But few exist factors to achieve viral negative conversion. Therefore, this study conducted an exploratory investigate effect on conversion rate.Among 190 hospitalized patients moderate COVID-19 who had a course longer than 30 days, 102 achieved 30-45 days 88 not after 45 days. Taking other variables as concomitant variable, Cox proportional hazard regression model was applied explore rate under various factors.By comparing could finally conversion, possible nonlinear relationship between continuous clinical outcomes examined by restricted cubic spline model. An association found levels ratio (P = 0.027). increase accompanied decreases (the value <38 g/L). when higher 38 g/L, approached 1, it means that risk factor disease. For COVID-19, common observed laboratory parameter. It associated final although its underlying mechanism still need be clarified.
