ABSTRACT
To investigate the occurrence and development of gastric mucosal atrophy due to Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection accompanying histomorphological features.Detailed histological observations immunohistochemical examinations were conducted via 197 endoscopic biopsies submucosal dissection specimens atrophic lesions with Hp infection. Detailed observation was made columnar cells in proliferative region deep pit isthmus gland, as well upper part glandular cervix. The mucosa by firstly led disorder stem normal mucosa. This caused substantial propagation cervix, a means replenish damaged surface mucus cells. However, insufficient for downward migration, physiological process differentiation into fundic/pyloric gland disrupted, resulting intrinsic layer Persistent disruption cell proliferation subsequently resulted extensive segmental hyperplasia lamina propria. The occurrence, development, features provide reliable pathological basis precise treatment clinicians are great significance controlling cancer.
