To investigate the occurrence and development of gastric mucosal atrophy due to Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection accompanying histomorphological features.Detailed histological observations immunohistochemical examinations were conducted via 197 endoscopic biopsies submucosal dissection specimens atrophic lesions with Hp infection.
