ABSTRACT
The objective of this paper is to assess the reliability and validity Spanish translation Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation - Outcome Measure, a 34-item self-report questionnaire that measures client's status domains Subjective well-being, Problems/Symptoms, Life functioning, Risk.Six hundred forty-four adult participants were included two samples: clinical sample (n=192) from different mental health primary care centers; nonclinical (n=452), which student community sample.The showed good acceptability internal consistency, appropriate test-retest reliability, acceptable convergent validity. Strong differentiation between samples was found. As expected, Risk domain had characteristics than other domains, but all findings comparable with UK referential data. Cutoff scores calculated for significant change assessment.The version Measure psychometric properties, providing support using monitoring progress Spanish-speaking psychotherapy clients.
