ABSTRACT
Subclavian artery injuries after central venous catheter placement constitute a rare but potentially fatal complication. The surgical repair of subclavian trauma is real challenge, associated with high rate morbidity and mortality. role endovascular treatment for vascular trauma, including injury to the artery, continues evolve. In this manuscript, we report case an urgent by covered stent graft perforation following dialysis in 52-year-old patient, having chronic kidney failure stage 5, multiple comorbidities. present suggests that attention needs be paid preventing iatrogenic arterial cannulation during vein catheterization avoid devastating complications. Endovascular using should attempted as first-line therapeutic option.
