ABSTRACT
Introduction: The expression of USP22 has been demonstrated to play a pivotal role in solid tumors. However, the prognostic value still remains unknown. Materials and methods: A systematic meta-analysis was performed assess cancers. literature collection conducted from inception June 8, 2017 by searching PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Ovid Web Science databases. pooled hazard ratio (HR) odds (OR) were used correlate high with overall survival (OS) clinicopathological features. Results: results, 19 studies 2,876 cases, indicated that predicted poor OS (HR=2.48, 95% CI: 2.11–2.84, p <0.001) disease-free (DFS; HR=2.55, 2.05–3.05, cancer patients. Furthermore, also significantly associated advanced parameters, including tumor stage, differentiation, metastasis, nodal status size. Conclusion: Our finding revealed might be an indicator prognosis features tumors could served as novel biomarker. Keywords: carcinoma, USP22, prognosis, biomarker,
