ABSTRACT
Background: This study was designed to research the potential function of lncRNA ANRIL in osteosarcoma (OS). Materials and methods: Quantitative real-time PCR, cell counting kit-8, wound healing assay, Transwell flow cytometric analysis, caspase activity Western blot were carried out. Results: remarkably upregulated human OS tissues cells, knockdown significantly suppressed MG63 proliferation, migration, invasion promoted apoptosis. Moreover, our mechanistic findings verified that -influenced growth apoptosis may be partly through regulation caspase-3 Bcl-2. Migration influenced via -mediated MTA1, TIMP-2, E-cadherin. Conclusion: Our finding demonstrates plays vital roles metastasis. Keywords: osteosarcoma, , invasion, apoptosis, long noncoding RNA
